Walking Tours
If you don’t have time to walk the whole path in one visit, our Anglesey half island itinerary are ideal. Walk the coastal path in two stages with our H7 and H7bis/H7ter breaks.
Half Island walks
- The H7 walking tour starts at the historic town of Beaumaris. The walk takes you up the rugged east and north coast passing through the idyllic fishing villages of Moelfre and Cemaes Bay. Pass various bays like Lligwy and Penrhyn, ending at the port of Holyhead.
- The H7bis and H7ter walking tour is not as strenuous as the H7. Starting at the port of Holyhead, it circles Holy Island, before going down the west and south coast of Anglesey with the Snowdonia mountain range as a backdrop. The itinerary ends on the banks of the Menai Strait at the historic town of Beaumaris, with its period gaol and castle (World Heritage Site).
