… Anglesey Walking Holidays
The original company Anglesey Walking Holidays, was set up in 2006 by Eurwyn and Gillian Williams to coincide with the official opening of the Anglesey Coastal Path.
Since mid November 2021, Wales Walking Holidays is now owned and run by Céline and Ady. We both come from rural communities (South of France and North Wales respectively) and now living on the beautiful island of Anglesey since 2015. During this time, we have been lucky enough to walk the coastal path many times and in many varying weather conditions.
Before taking over Anglesey and Wales Walking Holidays we had previously run a Guest House in Anglesey, with great attention to detail, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
Moving forward, our goal is to continue Gillian and Eurwyn’s hard work by offering bespoke walking holidays in Wales. Whilst aiming for a continuation of high customer satisfaction.
… Walking is definitely the best way to explore the beauty of Wales !
Anglesey Walking Holidays offer combined self-guided tours on Anglesey and Snowdonia, as well as Anglesey and Wicklow, Ireland. American and Canadian visitors quite often fly into Dublin to savour the Irish delights before crossing the Irish Sea to meet us at Holyhead Port. Anglesey Walking Holidays are agents for both ferry companies, Stena and Irish Ferries, so tickets can be booked directly through them.
Since 2014, Wales Walking Holidays is a sister company ; Up to date Anglesey and Wales Walking Holidays now offer walking holidays in many other areas of Wales, including Offa’s Dyke National Trail, Glyndwr’s Way, Wales Coast Path (including North Wales, Anglesey, Llŷn, Meirionnydd, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire Coast Path, Carmarthen, Gower and South Wales Path), the North Wales Path, as well as Snowdonia.
