Anglesey Walking Holidays
Anglesey Walking Holidays was set up by Eurwyn and Gillian back in 2006, which coincided with the official opening of the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path.
What Anglesey Walking Holidays offers
Having walked the whole Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path many times, Eurwyn and Gillian decided to set up a company which could offer walkers, of all ages and ability, a chance to experience and enjoy Anglesey. Walking is definitley the best way to explore the area.
Eurwyn was born on the island and has lived on Anglesey all his life. His knowledge of the history and traditions of the area is an added bonus. Gillian and Eurwyn have been living in South Anglesey for over 30 years, and count themselves lucky to be able to live and work on the island. They are fluent in English and Welsh.
Both come from a television background – Eurwyn a director and Gillian a script supervisor. There is no better therapy for Eurwyn, when he returns after a busy spell in the Television Studios in Cardiff, than to come home to Anglesey to walk the Coastal Path.
It’s an exhilarating and calming experience that they want to share with their customers.
Anglesey Walking Holidays
Anglesey Walking Holidays has had regular features on the BBC (Radio and television) as well as local newspapers and magazines. The company is going from strength to strength and over the years they have welcomed visitors from all over the world. They host journalists across the world and helped
Anglesey Walking Holidays offer combined packages on Anglesey and Snowdonia, as well as Anglesey and Wicklow, Ireland.
